Everything is in a walking distance - less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, just across the sea garden and 5-10 minutes walk to the main district of the city center. There is a parking spot on the premises, which is only available under an extra charge. If you are interested please inquire about it in advance! Smoking is not allowed inside.

Apartment with 2 bedrooms almost directly on the sea. A small cozy complex with a courtyard and a swimming pool for adults and children. It consists of a large living room with a sofa bed, a cozy kitchen with all necessary equipment, a bedroom with an internal shower and toilet, a second bedroom, a separate toilet with a shower and two verandas. To the sea 50 meters, to shops (Lidl) 5 minutes , to cafes and restaurants 7 minutes on foot. Incredible sea view, spacious apartment for 5 adults.

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
