Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

The property is 5 minutes drive from Smiths and Yallingup beaches and offers scenic walks in the area. We have now refreshed the third bedroom with 2 new beds and new pillows throughout all the bedrooms. Diamante is a 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Air conditioning in the living area, main bedroom and 3rd bedroom and a fire place for those cosy winter months. WIFI and Netflix included. Conveniently located to town, shops, restaurants, golf course, wineries, beaches and other local attractions. Ideal for couples or a family getaway.
