Our Villa has views of the Botanical gardens, within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops. It is five mins from the airport and lagoon pool in the city. There are only four units in the whole block – all managed by us. Don't be fooled by the outside - inside is lovely. It is an older complex and we are continually upgrading and renovating so it presents well internally. The unit is located near an intersection which can be busy at time, so please be aware there will be road noise.
