Het betreft een gezellig appartement voor twee personen gelegen te Meerssen. Het appartement bevind zich in een bosrijke omgeving waar heerlijk gewandeld en gefietst kan worden, er is ook een leuk en net buitenzwembad op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand dat tegen entree bezocht kan worden. Het is 8 minuten lopen tot station Meerssen en 10 minuten tot het mooie centrum waar zich verschillende restaurants en cafés bevinden. Verder zijn Maastricht, Valkenburg en Aachen dichtbij goed bereikbaar.

In het Jekerkwartier, dichtbij het Centrum, in een van de oudste delen van de stad waar het riviertje de "Jeker" onder de staat doorloopt, bevindt zich ons, zeer rustig gelegen, woning. Doormiddel van een smalle trap komt u op de 2e etage waar zich de keuken, woonkamer, toilet en de eerste slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden bevinden. Op de 3e etage treft u de tweede slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden, badkamer zonder toilet maar met inloop douche, twee wastafels en een wasmachine.

Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

Our residence is located in the heart of Maastricht, so you can reach the famous Vrijthof or the market within 5 minutes. In addition, you will also find the Bassin and the renovated Sphinxkwartier within walking distance. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Possibility for short-stay & long-stay residency.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.

The apartment is self-contained, you have your own bathroom and kitchen. The bed is XL sized and all linen and towels are provided, there is also wifi. The appartment is 38m2 and a terrace from 10m2. Close to the city centre 3 km, just 10 min by bike and 30 min walk, and surrounded by a wonderful nature area. Free parking. Beneden vind je een complete keuken en een moderne badkamer met ruime douche. Een elegante, rustige hide-away waar comfort, charme en privacy samenkomen. Geniet van de serene sfeer, het mooie uitzicht en het gevoel er écht even uit te zijn!

Comfortabele woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer. Openslaande deuren naar ruim balkon met prachtig uitzicht op park en kasteel. Gratis parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein. Door de centrale ligging loopt u binnen enkele minuten naar de historische monumenten, kuuroord, de gezellige terrasjes en restaurants. Er zijn vele wandel- en fietsroutes. Station op loopafstand.
