This 2 bed, 1 bath attached suite is self contained with a full size kitchen, open living area, and washer/dryer. There is a common wall with the main house. The bathroom is located in the main bedroom. ⚠️Guests staying in the 2nd bedroom walk through the main bedroom to access the bathroom. ⚠️ No pets or service animals due to our family allergies. Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate. The gate opens and you’re in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, desk, pellet stove, mini-split heat and cool. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner. Non smoking, non-drinking guests.

This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot.
