Completely renovated for your comfort. Walk to the soccer fields, football field, skate park, softball fields, pickleball courts and kids playground. Minutes from boat launch on the Colorado River, City Swimming Pool and splash pad for the kids. 2 queen beds with either pillow top or memory foam/gel and a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. Washer and Dryer are located in the garage. Water softener and Reverse Osmosis in kitchen for purified drinking water. 15 minutes to Laughlin, NV.

Open concept floor plan for entertaining family and friends. Keyless entry for a stress free check-in. Modern and clean with lots of natural light. Newly remodeled with quarts counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Please be advised if you are booking for a friend. We don’t accept third party bookings. This is grounds for immediate cancellation with no refund. Only a short 10 minute walk to the river. The best place to stay in Bullhead City (Tri-Stare area). Internet Speed: 350MPS

Welcome to our spacious home, just blocks from Rotary Park, the Colorado River, lakes, and Laughlin casinos. The living room features an entertainment TV W/Roku. The dining area has a table for 4 and 2 barstools at the kitchen counter. Fully stocked kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, and more. The master BR has a queen bed, with a BA with a double vanity sink and large walk-in shower. The 2nd/3rd BR have queen beds and share a BA. Enjoy garage access/driveway parking. Fully fenced backyard.

Enjoy this centrally-located fully access home. We are minutes from LAKES, where you can enjoy your boat or jet ski and CASINO'S, where you can try your luck and win big. At home, enjoy BBQ on the grill outside on the patio. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen that includes: air fryer, blender, non stick pot ware, Keurig coffee maker, Crock Pot etc. Play the provided games (Monopoly, Jenga, Buzzed etc.) or watch one of the four TV's including the 65' Roku TV, with Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.
