Laguna Cottage - Sunny Mokihinui lagoon & river

This Funky South Island Cottage has a large sunny colourful private garden & 2 large decks. The lagoon nearby has safe swimming, the water is gin clear. The Lagoon is suitable for kayaks, & pboards. Its a short walk to the Tasman Sea Beach from which to view magical sunsets or storms. The Ghost Trail Cycleway and tramping track comes out 8km away & Heaphy 1hr20 away. The Pub is nearby.The cottage has had a recent upgrade with large electric oven and gas hob,newish bathroom.Rinnai gas hot water

Honey House at Ruru Nest

Nestled next to Kahurangi National Park, is the closest BnB to the Heaphy Track Great Walk and the awe-inspiring Oparara Arches. A remote, private garden retreat complete with Labyrinth and off-grid hot tub (advance notice). This self-contained little house for 2 was once a Honey house. Ruru Nest Property is next to a river and farmland, just a few minutes outside of the village of Karamea with its cafes and pubs. Local food, nature connection walks available as extras to complete your stay.

Iconic cottage Centre of Reefton

Peaceful, sunny family bach in the centre of Reefton overlooking the park and only one minute stroll to the cafes, shops and art galleries. Bring the kids skateboards, scooters and bikes and they'll love being right next to the skate park. (You can call them home from the kitchen window!). The river and a great swimming hole is just across the field. Get away and enjoy peace, books, games and art - no TV and bliss out. It's the house with the banana trees! Park outside the house.

Okari Cottage

Sunny private retreat with stunning coastal views . Look out to the waves from your bed with a deserted beach at the end of the driveway. Explore the local area beaches, surfing , river, seal colony and the Cape Foulwind walkway all within 2km . Good cell phone reception and wireless internet. The Cottage is very private, brand new and 50m from the main house. Full kitchen facilities with dishwasher and deck with BBQ and outside fire brazier. Smart TV with Netflix for lazy days.

Nikauscapes is a cosy lockwood house, now with brand new hot tub. The house is situated in the hub of Punakaiki just across the road from the Paparoa National Park, 1km from the Pancake rocks & 2 mins from the beach. Nikauscapes is good for families looking for a relaxing getaway or for making the most of Punakaiki after coming off the Paparoa track. House comes with all linen and towels. Kitchen facilities for cooking and two restaurants close by.

Situated on the edge of a pond this lovely quiet cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the afternoon sun from the deck after a day of exploring in the Buller area. Listen to the birds or try to spot the resident eel Frank. This 2 bedroom cottage is in a lovely rural location away from the road, no early morning traffic just bird song.
