Atanaska's house is the perfect base for skiing in Bansko or for hiking in Rila or Pirin. The house is close to the mountains, but located in a beautiful, quiet small village. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. The house itself is very modern and charming and has everything you might need during your stay. Atanaska is a wonderful host. She gave us very clear instructions and was always available to answer questions about the area. I recommend the house highly and look forward to our next stay.

Our stay at Petr’s place was great. The house was very clean and tidy. It was newly furnished and fully equipped. The surroundings are remote and quiet but still close to Sandanski. Pet and kids friendly which was very important to us. Petr was helpful and a very good host. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful old house which has evidently been lovingly restored by Maya and Kalin with some delightful features. It is in a quiet rural location with lovely views of the mountains. The property is spacious and well-equipped and there is a large garden. Be aware that the road to the property (1km from the main road) is in a very poor state which our small hire car found challenging in places. We enjoyed seeing a visiting hare and a red deer and listening to the grasshoppers and birds. There are local walks and Kalin was very helpful in suggesting places we could explore in the neighbourhood.

We really enjoyed our stay in this forest house! It's very cozy and well equipped and we felt at home immediately. It's not far from the city center of Varna and nearby beaches. The communication with Dani was excellent and she helped us out whenever she could. Thanks for the stay!

Dimitar est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique, aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Ses parents dans la maison voisine sont aussi très sympathiques et sont là si besoin. Tous parlent anglais. La maison est grande, agréable, conforme aux photos et à la description. La climatisation est présente sur le rez de chaussée mais pas à l'étage (chambres). Cependant, malgré les fortes chaleurs, nous avons pu avoir de la fraîcheur en ouvrant les fenêtres la nuit. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est grand et agréable avec du mobilier de jardin, une tonnelle et un grand arbre pour être à l'ombre. Il y a aussi un barbecue. A savoir tout de même: Dans 2 salles de bains sur 3, il n'y a pas de pare douche donc pas évident de ne pas tout mouillé (d'ailleurs on a pris nos douches dans la 3ème chambre). Et de temps en temps la nuit, on entend les chiens du quartier aboyer si les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais notre cerveau s'habitue ... Merci Dimitar pour tout ...

By far in the top 3 of our all-time favorite AirBnb ever! The house is just mind-blowing - a wonderful kitchen (upon request, the owners bought a hand-mixer to compliment all the other amenities you could possibly think of), cozy bedrooms and spotless bathrooms providing privacy for everyone in the house... but the absolute cherry on top of it all is the sitting area upstairs with an extra coffee area and a play kitchen area for the kids right next to it. It's the true definition of coziness. It's a house, designed and built with the clear idea to make it feel like a home for every single person who enters it. And man, they did a hell of a great job with that. Personal note to all future guests - please take good care of it and show respect for the love and dedication the owners invested in it, it's like a little piece of heaven and I hope everyone will treat it as such. To the owners - a sincere thank you for your creativity and for sharing it with us! We will surely meet again!

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

Im Cascadas Resort haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage war stets sauber und sie ist sehr schön gestaltet, von den Pools zu den Spielplätzen bis hin zu den Pflanzen. In Adrianas Wohnung haben wir eine schöne Zeit gehabt. Bei der Einrichtung wurde sich Mühe gegeben, alles ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Auf Fragen hat Adriana sofort reagiert und hat umgehend alles geregelt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, liebe Adriana.

Это одно из лучших мест где мы были! Невероятно красивый вид из окна, светлые большие и красивые комнаты, в доме есть абсолютно все для комфортного отдыха(и даже больше чем всё), очень тихая и спокойная территория, в бассейне не бывает больше 3-4 человек, доброжелательные приятные соседи. Очень понравилось купаться в море с таким прекрасным видом. Я чувствовала себя как дома, иногда казалось что мы тут уже давно живем) Очень хотелось бы сюда снова вернуться, это был замечательный отдых, благодарю Маргариту за отзывчивость и за уют созданный в этом доме!

Очень довольны отдыхом в квартире, хозяин очень отзывчивый, всегда сразу же отвечает на все вопросы. Подробная инструкция по расположению и заселению в квартиру. Квартира соответствует описанию и фото, чисто, уютно, есть все необходимое, закрытый двор, чистый бассейн во дворе, спокойный район, вокруг много продуктовых магазинов, в 5 минутах аквапарк! Все очень понравилось! Рекомендую! Приехали бы ещё!

The apartment is well-maintained and has the required amenities. The property with the garden is perfect for enjoying a breakfast and some coffee outside. The owners are easily reachable and responsive.

We have just spent 3 nights with the family and baby here and we have felt amazing. The location is wonderful, the view is worth every penny, the grass from the garden was perfect for playing with the little one...and the beach was 3 minutes away. Just lovely and peaceful!

Рекомендую , без сумнівів помешкання Вільяма !!! Чистота перевищила усі очікування , дійсно сучасна техніка і зручні меблі , в помешканні є все для гарного відпочинку і навіть більше ! Вільям , доброзичливий , відповідальній , завжди готовий допомогти , хоча такі інструкції які він залишив достатні щоб у всьому розібратися . Сам комплекс на березні моря з мальовничими пляжами , на терріторіі комплекса є неймовірна кількість басейнів навіть басейн з хвилею . Помешкання куди хочеться повернутись . Дяеуюємо за гарний відпочинок .

It’s lovely how the house is kept with respect. Thank you, Albert. We visited in winter and it was extremely cosy, the rooms get warm easily, it’s very tidy and clean. In the house there’s everything you really need for preparing meals, there’s wood outside and fires after sunset are the best, nothing beats the warmth of a stove. The place is very quiet, beautiful and we can’t wait to visit again.
