This is a gorgeous three bedroom apartment located in Palermo in a turn of the century French style building – everything is in immaculate condition. The location is excellent, one block from Shopping mall Alto Palermo, near Santa Fe Ave, with excellent restaurants, cafes, cinemas, video stores and easy access to Recoleta, Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho. This location offer easy access to everywhere in the city, by subway, bus, car rental or taxis. The apartment is located in the first floor with a total of 8 apartments in the whole building. This construction has very high ceilings, with ornate plaster work and an original Pinotea Norwegian wooden floor, which creates an extremely warm and homely feel to the apartment. Includes entrance hall, separate lounge and dining room, a master bedroom with a luxury queen size bed and a fully equipped bathroom. There is also a second floor loft style bedroom with a small bathroom. The kitchen has been refurbished in a modern Argentine style. Includes Wi-Fi, Satellite HD TV, Sony Stereo Sound, DVD, Air condition, heaters .and every small amenity to feel comfortable as in your home. The maximum published is for five.
