This property is 2.5 km from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean - the beach "Drobni Pijesak". Old Stone Villa Vrba is located in a quiet place in a green area above the world-famous Hotel Sveti Stefan. The spacious terraces of the Villa offer a view of the sea, and the sunset leaves an unforgettable impression. An indoor and outdoor kitchen with a grill provides the guest with the opportunity to prepare all kinds of food. Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning, SAT TV are provided.

Villa Sofia was built in an ambient, rustic style; "Paštrovski style", located 2.5 km from Petrovac in a quiet part of Kruševica, 1250 m as the crow flies to the sea, at an altitude of 300 m. The villa is located on a plot of 588m2, paved with rustic stone, with a separate access to garages for 5 vehicles. Guests have at their disposal a 3 living rooms with a kitchens and a dining room with exit to the 2nd terrace, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a 32m2 swimming pool.
