Newer open house, beautifully decorated ,4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large open concept , 70" smart Tv, plus smart tvs in all rooms,optional heated pool, through Oct through May 31st, quiet neighborhood, tennis courts, ball fields, splash pad within walking distance. Heating of pool is AN ADDITIONAL $25.00 PER NIGHT. Please let us know. We charge 35.00 a night for guest 7 or 8. Please include ,guests staying the nights, ages of children and also if they know how to swim prior to approving.
