The room was in a very central location, just a 2-minute walk from University Square. Very close to the old town and to buses and the metro. There are two mini-markets right across the street where you can buy anything you need. The apartment was clean and warm (very warm 😁). There was hot water, fresh towels, and the kitchen was equipped with a microwave, fridge, plates, and everything you need for cooking. The only downside was that the elevator didn’t operate at all hours, and the stairs leading up to the room were quite old. The host was excellent and very friendly. He sent us all the instructions we needed to find the apartment, and on the last day, after contacting him, we were able to extend our check-out by 1.5 hours! Everything was perfect!!!

Apartamentul este nou si super, ai toate conditiile, curat super, pentru fumatori este balcon, doar ca este un pic departe de oras daca doriti sa calatoriti mereu spre centru, daca sunteti pentru afaceri sau aveti masina recomand cu mare drag, am fost in multe locatii din Europa si nu numai, dar asa un apartament frumos si curat nu am vazut, recomand cu mult drag!!

Locatia a fost buna, locuinta spatioasa, curata si frumos amenajata. Am avut la dispoziție tot ce a fost nevoie si gazda a fost săritoare si prompta in a raspunde la orice nelamuriri sau intrebari am avut.

Am avut o experinta excelentă!

Appartement impeccable, propre, moderne et confortable dans un immeuble rénovée. Accès très facile. Dans un secteur calme de Bucharest avec un grand parc pour se détendre juste à côté. Plusieurs magasins proches, restaurant en face de l'appartement. Entrée du métro au pieds de l immeuble et 10 a 15min. en métro pour aller au centre de Bucharest. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de Joita qui répond toujours très rapidement et précisément avec beaucoup de sympathie. Nous recommandons fortement cette appartement.

Cu adevărat o Super-gazda! O doamna distinsa, dar prietenoasa si comunicativa, receptiva la toate cererile noastre. Cazarea a fost impecabila, foarte curata si conform descrierii! Va mulțumim pentru cazarea minunata si pentru ospitalitate si deschidere!❤️❤️❤️ Recomand cu încredere! Cu siguranța o vom alege din nou pentru vizitele in Bucuresti!

Gazda foarte amabila si foarte receptiva la doleantele noastre, casa frumoasa, curata si dotata cu tot ce am avut nevoie nevoie. Zona este linistita si frumoasa, cu parc in apropiere. Locatia este la 5 minute de metrou, magazin non stop in apropiere.

We had a great stay at BALI HOUSE BUCHAREST. It was just like staying at home. Host was very friendly, proactive, and responsive.

Дуже дякуємо, ми з задоволенням провели час в ваших затишних апартаментах) дуже круто було в сауні і джакузі, ми релакснули) Дуже швидко власник відповідав на наші питання. Почекав нас поки ми їхали, попали в пробки. Треба мати з собою гарантію кеш, це було в повідомлені вказано, було це незвично, бо зазвичай ми ніколи так не робили.

Очень чистая и полностью укомплектованая квартира. Есть абсолютно всё. И шампуни разных видов и специи и масло и чай и кофе. Как будто приехал к маме в гости. Спасибо хозяину за такую заботу и чистоту. Я не нуждался абсолютно ни в чём.

We had a lovely time staying here. Mihai was super helpful, flexible and responsive, the perfect host. The flat was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a medium-length stay. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Andrei's place. The apartment is efficiently layed out and has everything you need. We appreciated the many nice touches including: cookies and chocolates, cooking oil/spices, bottled water and juice. The kitchen is beautiful and well-outfitted. The location is excellent: a few minutes walk to the nearby grocery store and several coffee shops; and, less than 10-minutes walk to Calea Victoriei and the heart of Bucharest cultural attractions, restaurants and shops. Public transport (Metro) is also a short walk, to get to places a little further away. Andrei and Codruta were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Având în vedere prima experiență cu Airbnb, pot spune ca aceasta cazare m-a bucurat și m-am simțit foarte bine. Pe lângă curățenia pe care am găsit-o, am avut la dispoziție și multe alte facilități de care m-am folosit cu drag! Următoarea dată când voi reveni în București, cu siguranță voi alege cu tot sufletul din nou această experiență!

Excellent apartment and hosting. Spotlessly clean. Very cosy apartment with amazing underfloor heating. Located in ideal spot near all amenities. Would thoroughly recommend. Hope to stay again!
