Stunning location right next to Zion National Park! Lovely room, very comfortable and clean! Stay included breakfast voucher at nearby local cafe, within walking distance! They had great food and service! Highly recommend, we will be going back!

We were very pleased with the accommodations at the inn especially for the price we paid. The room was extremely comfortable and centrally located that we decided to extend our stay and cancel our next nights’ accommodations on our next stop. Springdale is very charming and I would absolutely recommend the inn for couples staying in the area. We were in awe every time we stepped out the door!

Beautiful surroundings and excellent location close to Zion National Park. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and a grocery store across the street, which was helpful to be able to stock up on snacks for hiking. We did a day trip to Bryce Canyon, and this was a good homebase for exploring both Zion and Bryce. Easy check in and out. Great shower and comfortable bed, which were awesome to have after long days of hiking. Would definitely stay again; thank you!

Sharon’s place was fantastic! I wish we could have stayed here longer than one night, the location is so convenient with a market right across the street and being minutes from the park. Everything was amazing! When I find myself back in Zion I will definitely be staying here again, thanks Sharon!!!

the AirBNB was amazing from the outside to the inside and all the amenities. the atmosphere was cozy and homey. the beds were so comfortable and the restrooms were so convenient. thank u for leaving the sleds the kids played everyday with them in the snow perfect that there was still a little snow. I loved the kitchen they had everything I forgot at home so thankful for that. I would definitely take my family to Duck creek again.

We loved our stay! The house is a great location for trips to Zion, Bryce, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Kanab is a very nice town just down the road. The house was clean, quiet, and met all of our needs. We would absolutely stay again!

Great Airbnb, located at the half-way point between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon (about ~1 hour to each visitor center). The location was really peaceful and Mercy was a great host; she turned on the heat before we got there. Lots of condiments and spices in the fridge and cabinets. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay here! They were so accommodating and flexible and the house was just perfect for the 5 of us. The beds were nice and clean, the kitchen was nice. They have some really cute goats as well! Overall we were very happy with our stay and we highly recommend this air bnb to anyone who wants to visit the Bryce Canyon National Park

Ginger’s place is outstanding! Clean and comfortable with extraordinary views and an exceptional patio! The location is excellent - as close to the park entrance as you can get! I highly recommend this delightful home and would absolutely come back!

We are seniors and have been using rentals for years. This is by far the nicest accommodation the two of us have ever rented. My husband continues to rave about the little farmhouse. Everything is like new. Furnishings are tasteful and set up beautifully. Home smelled fresh and clean when we walked inside. We wanted for nothing. Kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. Coffee in the fridge was a nice touch. ☕️ This home is 50+ miles from Bryce NP and 30 miles from Zion NP. In our opinion, you can do each park in one day. So, don’t let the distance to the parks deter you. You won’t need to plan to be up at sunrise and home after dark for either of the parks- Not unless you are hikers who do more than 5 miles a day. Quirky Rock shops are nearby. Don’t miss dining at The Thunderbird Restaurant, just 3 miles south in Mt.Carmel. Yum!

Ultra clean, well appointed 2 bedroom unit perfect for our Zion NP trip. Brad was awesome and came over immediately when we made an error on the lock and couldn’t get in. Everything was in working condition. Highly recommend.

This little cottage was warm and rustic in the ways we were hoping, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. It's in a little cluster of other homes down a dirt road about 30-60 minutes from Zion depending on which entrance you go to. The nearby hikes the hosts recommend are in my opinion way better and more peaceful than fighting the crowds at Zion. The cottage is a kind of open plan space, small but spacious enough for two people. It had everything we needed and the kitchen was very well stocked with pans and kitchen tools. The bed was big and comfortable. The wood fireplace was a highlight.

This is beautiful, perfect place to stay within an awesome pocket of the country. It’s beautiful, rustic, peaceful with topnotch amenities one might not expect in rural Utah. I recommend this to anyone wanting to go adventuring — you’re almost exactly in the middle of Bryce Canyon and Zion, two of the top NPs in the country — or honestly for a remote worker just looking to work in a solitary place and get in a hike or two as I did.

Highly recommend! Great location to Zion in particular, good for a day to Bryce as well. Brad was responsive and the place was stocked! Anything you would need in the kitchen, laundry, and he doesn’t ask anything of you for checkout (amazing). Right across the street from a store that can get you everything you need for a trip. Book it!
