Quiet and Comfortable in Greenside

A bright, airy, private bedroom with full bathroom & back up electricity on the property! This suite is separate from the house with it's own private entrance but also has access to a luscious garden with a pool. The room has a luxurious king-size bed, a desk and chair and two easy chairs with side table . We have recently upgraded the room with a private kitchenette with basic cooking and tea/coffee facilities, a fridge and a single sink. There is also a cupboard with drawers and hanging space.

A lovely light and bright self contained garden cottage with separate entrance. Tastefully furnished and decorated. The bedroom has a queen size bed, is open to the living area with small dining table and chairs and kitchenette with fridge, toaster, kettle,small oven and microwave. En suite private bathroom. We are situated in a safe, boomed off area, with 24 hour armed response! Wi-Fi and lights during load shedding. Take a walk around the green, leafy neighborhood, that has mature trees! Enjoy lounging outdoors in your private garden, with braai. Close proximity to Hobart centre (restaurants, Supermarket, pharmacy and gym).
