Pamperin Park cottage - house completely updated

What a great place to stay! This whimsicle cottage house located at the end of walking / biking trail along side Duck Creek in Pamperin Park. Location is not only close to park, but is also close to Austin Straubel Airport and just minutes from Lambeau Field Perfect for your Green Bay Leisure retreat, work or fishing for the big one visit. The house is perfect and very comfortable for 2 guests but can easily accommodate up to 4. The quiet neighborhood right in the city makes this house perfect

Cozy Cottage on Green Bay - Just the right size for a getaway. Enjoy all the bay has to offer like incredible sunsets, peace and quiet, sounds and views and even wildlife from time to time. If you want to add some simple fun during your stay, we provide kayaks (2) with life vests, floaties, noodles, bocce ball, bean bag and croquet. Please make good use of the fireplace, porch/deck, propane grill, outside furniture and a firepit too. We hope you can relax and rejuvenate during your time here.

Waterfront Cottage with Beach

This cottage has a private sand beach, is on the water (bay of Green Bay) and has amazing views! It is only 13 minutes to Lambeau Field, 17 minutes to the Door County line and 37 minutes to Sturgeon Bay. Bay Beach, Children's Museum and Wildlife Sanctuary are within 1.5 miles as well. The entire bay is also a PRIME fishing area. You get access to our "Family Fun Shed" with kayaks, bikes, strollers and outdoor games for you to use, at no charge! We are also child and dog friendly as well!

Nestled on a 1 acre, quiet, lakefront lot directly across from the Green Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, we are just 5 minutes from Bay Beach Amusement Park, Kastle Go Cart Track, Miniature Golf, and the Marina. We are just 15 minutes from Lambeau Field and 45 minutes from Door County! Enjoy relaxing around the large fire pit at day's end!

Welcome to our remodeled house and and hot tub cottage on the bay of Green Bay. It is conveniently 23 minutes from Lambeau Field and 29 minutes to Door County. We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.

This amazing lakefront property will have you “living the dream”. It boasts unobstructed, breathtaking views of the Bay, where beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be seen. Complete remodel from studs up completed 2024 and decorated in BOHO / Mid Century. Our home is located on the beautiful East side of Green Bay. 2025 a walkway with stairs for easy access to lake and sand beach has been added. Walk out in the water at least 50 yards and still be only knee deep.
