Spacious, open plan coastal retreat. It has two living areas and has lovely views over the ocean from living area and covered deck. It is situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with lots of family attractions, secluded beaches and coastal walks nearby. A short walk to nearby surf beach and same to a quiet,peaceful bay and another out to the Point offering secluded views. It is a 2 min drive to an IGA, butcher, coffee shop & newsagent. Min 5 day over Xmas sch hols. NO groups of young adults

Beach house on Broulee's best street

Our lovely Broulee beach house is just steps away from beautiful South Broulee Beach. In a quiet cul-de-sac, the beach is a one minute walk to the end of the street and over the dunes. Walking distance to cafes and local shops, the house is clean and fresh, with three bedrooms in the main house as well as a backyard cottage with another bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There's fire places inside and out, a large deck with a BBQ and a big fenced backyard good for pets. We hope you enjoy your stay.

This property can accommodate several families or quieter groups wanting a relaxed coastal break together under the same roof... We are just a short walk to patrolled beaches and boat ramps. It's a 6 minute drive or a 20 minute bike ride to town. There are walking and bike paths surrounded by nature, river and ocean, and centrally located between the mecca mountain bike trails of Mogo and Narooma...

This house is ideal for holiday makers wishing to be in close proximity to both nature and local amenities. It's withing a short 5 minute walking distance to the beach, and the famous Corrigan Beach Reserve Park and accessible playground Incl. Bells Family Carnival. You won't need to drive and can stroll to the local shops which includes a chemist, IGA and a whole lot more!

The indoor living area flows out to the expansive entertainment deck, creating an ideal setting for relaxed entertaining. You will enjoy beach access from a walking trail. We don't except bookings for SCHOOLIES or Parties.

Our place is close to the beach which is great for surfing, swimming, paddling and family bike rides. You’ll love our place because of the location right on the creek with birds and water fun just seconds away. The split level design and high ceilings creates a cosy and yet spacious feeling. Our house is good for couples, families (with kids), and those travelling with their pets with a fully enclosed back yard.
