This cozy but spacious one floor of my home is for one guest. It is closer to having your own private apartment. Located in a friendly, quiet and safe neighborhood it provides convenient access to Boulder, Denver, Louisville, Longmont and more. Guests have a private entrance to the space that includes a bedroom, bath, living area with wood-burning fireplace, laundry and dining area with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee and teapot. I live on the level above the unit.

Pet-friendly private guest suite on the lower level features a private entrance with cozy bedroom, small but functional bathroom, and a large living/dining area. There’s also an office space with a queen size sofa bed for additional sleeping arragements. Kitchenette includes a microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, hot plate, and full-size fridge, plus W/D. Fully fenced backyard is perfect for pets, and off-leash park and walking paths are just a 5-minute walk away.

Mid/Mod ' Little House' in Old Town Louisville

Lite Haus means little house in Norwegian. But we also named it this because of the sound of, "Light House". We hope that this space can be a place of "Light" and restoration for each person who stays- a great escape. The home is a wonderful, quick walk to Old Town Louisville (just 3 blocks away). There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques to explore. The home is also a short 15 minute drive from Boulder and a scenic 25 mins. to Denver. Public bus stop is a 1/2 block away.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this basement studio is super comfortable and cozy with many amenities. Please note: the studio is self-contained but has a shared entrance. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven, induction burner, Keurig, electric kettle, and more. It has some natural light but is quiet and dark at night. The 50" flatscreen TV can be viewed from the living room or bedroom area. Walkable to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants.

Enjoy our beautifully renovated historic home in Old Town Lafayette, known as the Peace Sign House. Stay in the main suite, which is completely separate from the rest of the house by a locked door. It has its own private entrance, bathroom & AC, as well as a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.

Very comfortable, private studio just three blocks to downtown Louisville downtown restaurants and parks. Peaceful and quiet location ideal for one person or a couple. There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate.
