Lafayette is known for its art culture with many studios, restaurants, breweries and antique shops within walking distance.

This charming historic 100+ year old miner's cottage has been lovingly restored with modern farmhouse chic. Its a short walk to the farmers market and a great location the Street Faire, the annual music festival Friday nights during the summer. RTD busses pick up right outside the house.
