A beautiful, newly remodeled 2 bedroom apartment located across the street from the historic Palace theater. It features 2 large bedrooms, each with full closets and two beds, a large bathroom, with a separate tub and shower and a huge open kitchen/dining/living room. It is situated in the heart of Luverne, within walking distance to boutiques, museums, the coffee shop, the brewery and restaurants. It is just a couple minutes off I-90 and only 10 minutes to Blue Mound State Park.

Welcome to our newly remodeled downtown home. It is a beautiful 100 year old home that has been completely redone and updated. It has been a two year labor of love and we are excited to now offer it to people who would enjoy staying on the edge of downtown. We are situated across the street from Lyons Park and two blocks from the action downtown (where a lot of the fun happens). The neighborhood is very quiet and within very short distances to the hospitals and local universities.

Hello Travelers! This house is a newly decorated and furnished first level floor of a two-unit Duplex. The flat above currently has quiet tenants with a child. However, once in a while, footsteps and running can be heard from the flat above. Centrally located, it is close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the Great Plains Zoo. Great living area with a big king and queen-size memory foam beds.

The perfect place to stay for work or play (or a stopover through town)! Curl up in front of the fireplace on the full-sized couch and stream your favorite shows on the 48” LED TV (Netflix only, no cable) or take a break from relaxing and get some work done on the desk. Eat takeout on the high-top table in the kitchen or make your own meal with the full-sized kitchen. The place is fully stocked, from dishes and silverware, fresh towels and sheets, to soap and shampoo.
