Centrally located, 15 minutes to Sarnia, 30 to Grand Bend and 40 to London. Groceries, beer/ liquor store and restaurants 5 minutes away in Watford. Very cozy comfortable home with large kitchen, dining room, living room with pull out sofa, two bedrooms and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sparkling clean.

The Petrolia Place - Victoria Suite

Welcome to my modern and newly renovated one bedroom, one bathroom suite in pristine condition. Located in the most vibrant and sought-after downtown Petrolia, guests will find themselves within walking distance to The Victoria Playhouse and the town's best restaurants and shopping. This suite is impeccably clean and comes furnished with premium top-of-the-line furniture and high-speed internet. The bedroom overlooks downtown Petrolia and includes two queen size beds and a spacious closet.

Ridgetown victorian beauty is located centrally in Ridgetown Chatham kent. Located across grocery stores,eat pizza stores, ice cream parlors, drug store, gas station etc etc. Lots of fun places within minutes drive. Greenview Zoo is approx 10 minutes drive, Rondeau Park with sand beaches, miles long hiking and biking trails is approx 12 mins drive. Golf course is approx 7 minutes drive. Tim Horton is about 3 mins drive. House comes with One Queen size bed and three twin beds.
