Tastefully furnished with Egyptian cotton bedding, a couch, reclining chair, plus dining table and chairs. Fridge, freezer, microwave, cooktop, convection oven, coffee maker, kettle, with all dishes,cutlery and cookware provided. A beautiful view of the quiet, rural property. 5 minutes to downtown Kemptville. Access to a washer/dryer too!

There is no reliable internet but good cell coverage available; the smart tv can tether to your own device and streaming service provider.

Outdoors it boasts a lovely campfire area, a patio table and a large grass yard. Enjoy our gardens in the summer and our laying hens year-round. Take a 5 min stroll down a wooded path to the lakefront where you will find another campfire pit, a dock, a canoe and SUP to use and plenty of space for activities year-round.

The cabin features infloor heating and a woodstove to keep you warm and cozy. We have a full-size hot tub and a wood fired sauna!

Lyncreek Cottage is open year round. it sits on private property on Lyndhurst river in Lyndhurst, Ontario. Observe various types of waterfowl or enjoy the sound of our meandering river as it flows into Lyndhurst Lake. This is all part of the natural surroundings in your own private cottage. A great place to stay if you are travelling through the area or while enjoying all the area has to offer including excellent fishing, paddling and hiking area trails.
