Treetops beach getaway walkable to beach/boardwalk

East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

You’ll love my place because of the beachfront access, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). A small historic home in the city of Milton, De. Milton offers small USA hometown charm that is close the world famous Delaware beaches. This home was lovingly upgraded, renovated by Glennie's grandson. Enjoy the sunshine off of the back deck while preparing your BBQ. Take a short walk to Milton's city park which is a few minutes from the house off of the Broadkill River. Check out some of the gift shops, eateries, The Milton Theatre, or a tour of the world renown Dogfish Head Brewery.

Welcome to Mary's Place! Wait until you see the amazing views from the roof deck, which overlooks the Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. The Sunsets are spectacular, and it's a bird watchers dream! Mary's Place has a large screened porch and a large outdoor shower. Enjoy walks on the beach along the Delaware Bay, which is directly across the street. Bikes are available for your enjoyment. Dogfish Brewery and several restaurants are less than 10 miles away in the town of Milton.

Caramar Couples Retreat

This cute little first floor efficiency condo is ocean front for a perfect vacation to the beach. It’s an older building but has been partially renovated and updated. You can get to the beach by a very short walk through a private walkway from the condo building. The view from the private balcony is perfect and relaxing. WiFi provided upon check in- xfinity, Netflix, and internet. Indoor and outdoor dining areas and a full kitchen. Closet and dresser for storage use.

Our large, comfortable, pet friendly beach house well suited to families and mellow friend groups is 2 lots from a crescent beach that you can walk for miles in either direction, offers some water views from the top of the steps and one bedroom. We have a sandy area under the house with beach chairs, SUP & 4 adult bikes in beach closet that opens with the house key for your stay. Gather together in the great room at days end.
