This Is Our Farmhouse

Welcome to our Farmhouse! A 2.6 acre property one mile from Bristol Village shopping & restaurants, 20 minutes to Middlebury, 35 minutes to Burlington & Sugarbush. You are staying in the main house. The home is three stories, four bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, three living room spaces, two sofa beds and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. We live on on the property with an outdoor cat & German Shepherd Jax. We are pet friendly with fee. * Steep stairs from 1st to 2nd floor.

The Barn at Middlebury is within a 10 min. walk of the village center and 15 min to Middlebury College. The renovated barn is attached to the owners' residence. The separate guest quarters have a private entrance and include 3 newly renovated bedrooms, with two baths. The 1st floor bedroom has a Livingroom, kitchenette (Nespresso, microwave, Ref/Freezer, dishwasher, sink). Washer/Dryer. The 2 other 2nd Fl bedrooms share a large private bath. Our goal was to provide guests with a home away from home! We feel our cottage offers that and much more.
