We love this location because it is so close to where we work, live and play. The blue and gold décor theme is inspired by our love for the ETSU campus and community. The condo is located less than a minute drive from campus where you can attend a Broadway play at the ETSU Martin Center or cheer on the football team at Greene Stadium. Beautiful condo by the racetrack!

Beautiful condo directly across from the Bristol motor speedway! Can fit 10 guests! Fully furnished down to the silverware! Enjoy your spacious stay at this great location! 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! The main bedroom has a king sized bed, large walk in closet and huge bath with separate tub and shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and access to the double balcony. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 double beds. No pets are allowed, $500 fine + damages.
