Hill Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This former Architect’s studio has been set up as a one bedroom guest house. It is a wonderful spot to relax and snuggle up next to the fire with your favorite book, beverage, or a special someone. The studio is very private with only the trees or maybe a visiting moose to see in. We are 30 min. to Ragged Mountain and Newfound Lake. We have a friendly dog and preapproved well-behaved pets are welcome. An all-wheel drive car is needed in winter.

Close to town and I 93, a rural paradise. You have your own driveway, private deck and your own firepit, with gorgeous views of hills and gardens. The bed is surrounded by two walls of windows-with shades. There is a Hearthstone gas stove, a leather loveseat, and a huge custom shower in the bathroom. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, blender, crock pot and electric skillet. There is a television with cable, Netflix, etc. We stock coffee, and breakfast foods for your convenience.

~Experience The Round House. This unique 12 sided, 2 bedroom, 1 bath wooded home is nestled above the lake like a tree house with beautiful views of the crystal clear lake and mountains. Sit and enjoy the view on the wraparound deck. The patio has a fire pit and grill, perfect for a summer night. Limited access is available for kayak launch across the street or visit two town beaches within 1 mile of the house. Shackett store is just steps away serving fresh donuts and ice cream daily!

Dandelion Tiny Home <2hrs Boston

Nestled in a field, our tiny house offers a charming retreat with horses grazing nearby. It features a kitchenette with a hand-pump sink, working fridge, and hot plate. Outside is a custom built outhouse with full eclectic and light. A lofted bedroom with a queen bed includes a railing for safety. Enjoy chairs around a propane fire pit, a grill, and games. 5 minutes from Wellington Park at Newfound Lake and Bristol’s restaurants and shop. NOTE: No shower. Heat is a wood stove that you operate.
