Esta ubicada a dos cuadras de la playa, justo entre Zicatela y La Punta, una de las playas favoritas para nuestros visitantes. Es un espacio luminoso y tranquilo, donde encontraras la paz. En la terraza funciona Marea Yoga Studio que le da un plus a todos los huéspedes que disfrutan del yoga y la buena vida.

Ubicado en la Punta Zicatela cerca de la playa, escuelas de surf, bares y restaurantes. Perfecto para descansar o trabajar, con un excelente Wifi de fibra óptica y Starlink. Ubicado en planta baja, frente al jardín, tiene cama queen, AC, baño completo, cocineta con utensilios básicos (frigo, parrilla, cafetera, tetera eléctrica, filtro de agua) y un pequeño desayunador con vista al jardín. Tiene un pequeño jardín lateral con hamaca.
