Local cafes, shops, buses and station 5 minutes walk. 10 minutes to the South Downs, 20 minutes walk to central Brighton and beach. frequent buses nearby to the SouthDowns and surrounding villages, beach and town centre. Taxis to towncentre cost around £10. PARKING VOUCHERS ARE AVAILABLE IF RESERVED IN ADVANCE £5 PER DAY.

Stylish, self-contained holiday let in Brighton

Self-contained annex - entrance leading to living room/kitchen area., bedroom with en-suite shower room….comfortable, stylish, bright and airy - provides a perfect getaway 15 min drive to Brighton, 10 min walk to the beach/ The Downs. There is no washing machine/Sky but there is Netflix…annex is within the house, so although self contained there is a shared element. I work p/t but will respond to queries asap. I don’t charge cleaning fee and provide some breakfast items as a gesture.

This cosy, comfortable self contained studio flat, with your own front door, is bright, airy and very comfortable with an added bonus of distant sea views, and our wind farm. We are about a 20 mins walk from Brighton or Hove and are easily positioned for easy access to Brighton, Hove or Preston Park railway stations, we’re on the excellent No 27, bus service. Walk 10 minutes down the road to the Seven Dials, there are Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Hog Roast and French restaurants.

The Nook a welcoming 1 bedroom ensuite guest unit with free onsite parking

The Nook is a bright & well equipped double ensuite guest unit, with a separate private entry and off road parking for 1 car. The room has Wi-Fi, a King size bed, cotton bedding, new mattress & fluffy towels. The ensuite has a lovely electric shower with rain shower head. We provide a cool box with chilled water, milk, tea, coffee, porridge pots & biscuits. We are in a quiet, safe area. The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away.

South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)

The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

Modern guest unit with private entrance. A bright and spacious en suite room with a double bed. A short 10min drive (or by bus) to the centre of Brighton. Or 30 minutes walk to the Pier. Excellent location for access to the Pier, North Laine and to both Brighton and Sussex universities. 15min walking distance to Brighton University; one station to Sussex University.

Lewes: ensuite, own access, breakfast included

We are Graham and Shizuka, our two daughters and our sociable Persian cat Saffy. We are offering a comfortable double room with its own entrance in our detached house in a quiet road on the outskirts of Lewes. There is parking in our driveway. 5 minutes walk north or south from the house takes you out onto the Downs yet the town centre is just 20 minutes away.
