KITCHEN & DINING A modern kitchen with electric cooking and everything you will need weather you a prepping a summer BBQ or serving up the delicious local takeaway, you even have an airfryer for those quick kids meals if you need. Dining is around the spacious island kitchen bench or out the back through the double sliding doors in the oasis like outdoor undercover eating area – just switch on the overhead bar heater if you a feeling the chill. LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT The open plan living/kitchen/dining is modern and relaxed overlooking the cleverly designed outdoor area. Comfortable and stylish corner lounge and chair encourages lazy afternoons and evening after being out and active all day. A huge smart TV on the wall with a bluetooth speaker will have your music and movie options sorted. This property has WIFI. HEATING & COOLING A split system located in the lounge area and all 3 bedrooms keeps this townhouse cool in Summer and warm in Winter. Outside ceiling mounted bar heater for cooler evenings. BATHROOMS The main bathroom is upstairs with a separate bath to soak in, shower and vanity and the toilet is separate. The main bedroom has an ensuite downstairs, plus there is a powder room in the entry hallway with toilet & hand basin. OUTDOORS Outside is a gas BBQ and 6 seater bench dining table and stools. The cleverly decorated outdoor area makes you feel like you are in your own oasis, offers privacy and beautiful vista of the nearby hills. PET POLICY "A Stones Throw" is not a pet friendly property. LAUNDRY The laundry is located at the back of the home with a front load washing machine and dryer. If you love an amazing unique property I think Garden House at Dreamers, Mt Beauty will be ideal for your family or group. We are located in Mt Beauty, 35 minutes from Falls Creek and 20 min from Bright. Garden House features a log wood fire and private hot tub (not spa) overlooking winter snow mountains and a summer use pool on our resort property. In ski season enquire about the adjoining apt for additional guests. One dog maybe allowed with permission (1 per stay) NO pet left alone in Apt.

Beauty can accommodate seven people with a generously proportioned king size bed & ensuite upstairs and either king or single bed combinations for the two ground floor bedrooms along with separate bathroom and toilet facilities. Externally there is a private entertainment area and spa for your enjoyment. Parking during busy times: At busy times we can only guarantee two parking spaces in front of the property. Friends of guests may be required to park on the street if busy.
