We were very happy with this property. It was clean, well stocked, comfortable and felt like home. Enin was wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Catherine is a wonderful host. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our family stay was comfortable, fun and memorable. She had several gifts for our kids and many many snacks, the kids absolutely LOVED it!! Highly responsive, friendly and provided great recommendations for things to do / where to eat in the area. The house is gorgeous, perfectly clean and equipped with everything a family needs!! Thank you Catherine for a fantastic stay and we can’t wait to visit again soon!

Had a great time at Brian’s beach house! Plenty of space for a family of 5. Very clean! The pool was great! Loved that when we were didn’t feel like being at the beach anymore we still had the pool to go back to. Brian was always very quick to respond if we had any questions. Great location, we were able to walk many places. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tide Watch. It was very clean, spacious, well equipped, and had a beautiful ocean view. The balcony chairs were plentiful and comfortable.

This house was perfect! Great pool, comfortable beds and furniture. It was a nice, easy walk to a beautiful beach!

10/10 recommend. My family of four went with our best friend family of four and our eight-year-old daughters had the greatest sleepover of their lives! The place was immaculate and so perfectly themed. Would love to go back.

Clean, spacious ,family friendly reminds you of being home suitable for large family great communication with host very attentive. I would recommend this stay to anyone that loves to explore new things 10/10!

We spent 2 nights and it was amazing, great place to stay close to activities and attractions, host make it so smooth to give directions to get to the locations. We really loved it and looking forward to go again!

I had no complaints and my partner was please as well. The view of the ocean from bed was amazing to wake up to. I would come back again. Darrius left very clear and detailed instructions which made checking in a breeze.

This place was the perfect spot for a week away with my boyfriend. We wanted to be close to the beach (it is steps away!) and have a pool option. The condo was very clean and welcoming upon entry. It was stocked with everything we needed and there was a charming welcome basket, which was a warming touch. The hosts were very nice and responsive! Highly recommend!

Nicholas’s little gem was exactly as described. We’ve stayed in this building before but this was our first time in this unit. Everything went smooth from check in to check out. Heads up for check out- make sure you leave a little early for the elevator traffic. My husband forgot something in the room and it took a bit of time to get down. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view is beautiful. I loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and seagulls each morning. The weather was nice while we were there so we got to walk around the boardwalk. There are plenty of good options nearby. Nicholas quickly responds if you ever needed him. We felt right at home and did not wanted to leave. It was a relaxing getaway and we look forward to coming back.

Excellent place. Really enjoyed staying at this spotless place with a nice pool, little movie theater, pool table, and other amenities right near our destination: Showboat Casino's new waterpark, which my 5-year old daughter loved. She saw some of a movie in the theater, and enjoyed using her wrist band to call for elevators and get into the room. The elevators are slow but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will be going back. Highly recommend.

It was a great stay. Wagner was very responsive when needing help. Location is great. The view?! Amazing! Can’t wait to return!

Nicholas was an amazing host! His communication prior to arrival was helpful, even letting me know it was ready early and I could check in early. The drains were backed up and I notified him as a courtesy assuming he didn’t know and he immediately sent someone to unclog them, which was unexpected and very much appreciated. He communicated immediately each time I had a question, which was helpful since I locked the only key in my unit and he was able to immediately reply and help me get another one. The view was amazing and it’s right on the boardwalk/beach, walkable to shops, restaurants, casinos and more. I will definitely stay here again if in AC and highly recommend renting from Nicholas!
