Lucia’s place on Key Biscayne is top notch and she was a very helpful host. It’s walkable to the great restaurants and bakeries on Key Biscayne. We loved the pool immediately in front of our building. We also enjoyed the Ocean pool with restaurant. The kids loved the walking path to the beach. The beach has umbrellas and chairs. The Apartment is large and has all the amenities you need to relax after a long day in the sun. We cooked a few meals and kitchen had everything we needed. And no need to rent a car - the island is small and they provide FreeBee - golf cart shuttles. I’ve stayed in nearly every building on the Key and this checked all the boxes for a family that loves KB. We will definitely be back.

This resort fulfilled all of my family needs. From opening the door to a clean condo and the magnificent views. The host was very responsive, respectful, and full of life. We recommend this condo to all consumers who enjoy great days at the beach and family fun in the area.

We walked in and were astounded by how beautiful the place was. Everything was pristine. We had been in the building before and loved the location for the beach, nearby restaurants and transportation almost in front of the door. For me, the best thing was the thoughtfulness of the ‘extras’ - there was a rubber mat in the shower so one would not slip, LOTS of extra bedding, throws in the living room to cuddle up on the three seat lazy boy couch ( my grandson’s favorite - he hugged it as we left!) and the kitchen with all the spices, sugar and things for cooking as well as lots of plastic containers and LOTS of dishes. Carlos was always responsive.

Stay was great, host was very responsive and the house was as described. Great location easy to get everywhere and the house was very well equipped and easily accommodated our family group. Thank you for a great experience and will definitely recommend to others.

Maria allowed us drop off our bags early. This was greatly appreciated since we came in on such an early flight. The apartment is beautiful. There is a fantastic patio in behind the place that was private. It was in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. In a great location and close to the beach. Then when we wanted to leave, she allowed us to leave our bags in a room until we were able to move onto our next destination. I would highly recommend this place.

The place was clean and we felt very safe. There was always staff at the desk. You need a key fob to open the doors to get on the elevator. The gym was great. The bathroom/ tub needs some serious updating. Also if you want to cook it may be an issue. All the pots and pans look like they came from Goodwill. The coating was badly peeling on every pan and they should all be trashed. . The place is nice except if you want to cook. Great location and host was easy to communicate with.
