The Woodbine Cottage is a renovated historic home from early 1900’s. Located in a quiet neighborhood one block from historic downtown. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, and more, all within walking distance! Outdoor attractions include, Kolob canyon, Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon. We do not accept any animals due to the historic nature of this home and ask that you please respect this. For service animals, please refer to the rules section.

Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the covered patio, located in a quiet area but only minutes from the freeway and downtown!

Classy, Comfy, Quiet, Private, FUN!!!

We are close to family-friendly activities, the airport, and the city center. Its a good place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are only 2 miles from SUU, across the street from the gym, .5 mile from the Aquatic Center and only a block from shopping, the movie theater, freeway access, etc. We also have a small back yard. Our place is not perfect which is why our rate is lower. If you're looking for perfect, this is not for you.

Relax at Grey House -Cedar City

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located Townhouse in Cedar City Utah. Close to Everything, but far enough away to be quiet. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and trail heads. Minutes away from all that Cedar City has to offer as well as the surrounding National Parks and Recreation areas! Zion National Park is one hour from our location. Kolob is also a part of Zion. It's 30 minutes from us but does not access Zion National Park.

Giant Steps Building III is the best downhill ski out to Giant Steps Lodge. Just 33 steps up to the condo. Location is a quick walk to the Town Center and Giant Steps Lodge. Our cozy condo has everything you need to feel right at home and rest after a long day of Hiking, Fishing, Biking and Skiing. With covered parking arriving in the middle of a storm is no problem. (Clearance is 6'8")
