You will also be less than 5 miles from the pet friendly beaches & less than 10 minutes from downtown Melbourne. Recently renovated upscale residence close to the beach. Residence offers 2 bed/2 baths. The 2nd bedroom is a flex space that can be used as a den or bedroom with either a king or 2 single beds. The master bedroom has a king bed & ensuite bathroom. This beautiful condo has been professionally decorated with high end decor & amenities for the discriminating Guest(s). The balcony overlooks a serene lake & makes for a great place to enjoy the cotton candy sunrises & a great cup of morning coffee.
