If you are looking for a charming romantic getaway with balcony overlooking babbling creek, look no further. This tiny (280 sq.ft.), stylish studio is in easy walking distance to Main Street, Snowflake Lift and Sawmill Reservoir. Ski back to the condo via Four O’Clock run. It is furnished with a king size bed with luxury down bedding, big screen TV and a loveseat recliner. Escape to the heart of the Rocky Mountains and experience our enchanting town. Access to Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs.

TRUE Ski in/out, Walk to Town

Enjoy everything Breck has to offer with this cozy SKI IN/OUT condo. Perfectly located, this studio / 1 bed, 1 bath is steps away from the Snowflake Lift and Four O’Clock Run and walking distance to downtown. After a day on the mountains, enjoy one of the community hot tubs to end a perfect day. EARLY SEASON: In November and (sometimes) December, the opening of Snowflake lift and 4 O'Clock Run are subject to early season snowpack conditions. If so, you can take a bus to the ski area.

Located in the most convenient neighborhood for free public transit to Breckenridge shopping, dining, and Peak 8 lifts. Enjoy the mountain views from the complex, bike and hike on the nearby trails, or jump on the ski lift just a few short blocks away. Enjoy the free town bus just steps from your front door to town and lifts. At the end of the day, indulge in the communities hot tubs and sauna! *Please note, like most mountain properties, the unit does not have A/C*

Cozy 2BR Condo Near Peak 8 & Town w/Hot Tub Access

Welcome to our recently updated 2 bedroom Gold Camp condo! The condo accommodates up to 6 guests and is a great option for families and groups of friends. The kitchen, dining and living rooms share an open concept that is ideal for guests to spend time together. The location is amazing to enjoy year round adventures in Breckenridge. Peak 8 is nearby and easily accessed with the Breck Free Ride bus and there are hiking and biking trails just minutes from the condo.

This cozy studio condo is perfectly situated. You can walk out your front door to the Snowflake Lift, then ski home for lunch or at the end of the day from 4 O’Clock Run. Breck's historic Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk away, where you'll find countless restaurants and shops. In Summertime, you'll hear the bubbling creek located just feet from your door, and the trailhead to the beautiful Sawmill Reservoir Trail is steps away at the Snowflake Lift.
