Nádherný byt vedľa lesoparku - Železná studnička

Zrelaxujte na tomto jedinečnom a pokojnom mieste v blízkosti lesoparku s výbornou dostupnosťou do centra mesta. Byt sa nachádza na treťom poschodí bytového domu - novostavby s výťahom a bezplatným parkovaním v garáži. Je kompletne vybavený, s vonkajšími žalúziami a klimatizačnou jednotkou. Z terasy je nádherný výhľad na park a Bratislavu. Dostupnosť miesta do centra je veľmi dobrá, 7min. na autobusovú zastávku s možnosťou viacerých spojov, alebo taxíkom za 5min. Budete sa v ňom cítiť ako doma.

Situato a meno di 100 mt. dalla principale stazione degli autobus e meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, il nostro lussuoso appartamento panoramico situato al piano n. 24 è il posto giusto per godersi pienamente questa splendida città e zone limitrofe. La terrazza con vista castello lo rende incantevole per un aperitivo o una cena con la massima intimità. Il parcheggio coperto privato rende tutto ancora più esclusivo.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place, suited for shorter travelling trips as well as for longer business trips. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a queen size bed, a sofa and a balcony with a nice view to the quiet inner block of this newly built residential building. The apartment doesn’t have a parking spot available, but you can easily move around the city by walk, shared bikes or public transport as there are bus and tram stops closeby the apartment.

Located in Karlova Ves - one of the most popular parts of Bratislava, not far from the main tourist attractions. The double apartment is 50 m2 of tase, refinement and simplicity. The aparatment has been designed both - for those, who decide to stay more days for work purposes and for those, who need to stay only for a weekend. In fact, after long walks around the city or a busy day at work, there is nothing better than rest in the comfortable Queen size bed with comfortable cushions.

Premium new apartment with panoramic view

Brand new apartment in the newly built area of Bratislava and an easy walk to the city center. Within walking distance to new malls, Downtown, the Danube River, and the new business district in Bratislava. The apartment is spacious with all amenities a balcony and a fully fitted kitchen for short and long stays. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the living room is provided with a sofa bed that fits 2 people. The building has a 24h security, central heating, and cooling.

This apartment is in the heart of Bratislava and has the best possible location. The proper tourists can visit 5 most visited attractions - castle, Michal's gate, presidential garden, St. Martin's Cathedral or Slavín, all in 10 minutes walking distance. The foodies won't be left around as all the local and tasty restaurants gather in the old town. Although the place is quiet and you can enjoy a good sleep, all the nightlife is right behind the corner.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. You can use free parking in garage , 24/7 concierge, 4 lifts, outside kids playground, outside gym, delicious food in nearby restaurant Werk , shopping in brand new shopping mall Nivy with bus station, walking distance shopping mall Eurovea, where you can walk along Danube river or simply enjoy your coffee in multiple restaurants and coffee shops.

Best Address in Bratislava!

Hi :) I’m offering you to stay in a lovely non-smoking studio (34 sq m, no balcony) in the city centre with a river Danube view - your Bratislava home :) Great holiday feel, especially in the summer. 10 minute walk to the historical part of the city. Shopping, cafés and restaurants within 50 m distance. We appreciate everyone interested in our offer but please be aware it’s not allowed to smoke on the premises. Thanks :)
