Nádherný byt vedľa lesoparku - Železná studnička

Zrelaxujte na tomto jedinečnom a pokojnom mieste v blízkosti lesoparku s výbornou dostupnosťou do centra mesta. Byt sa nachádza na treťom poschodí bytového domu - novostavby s výťahom a bezplatným parkovaním v garáži. Je kompletne vybavený, s vonkajšími žalúziami a klimatizačnou jednotkou. Cozy plant lovers apartment

We are Veronika & Marek and we love to travel. We would like to welcome you to our flat in which you can relax, but at the same time it has an ideal location for exploring Bratislava and its surroundings. It is very close to the train station and the city center. The flat is full of little things that can bring you joy as well as plants, but also practically equipped for your relaxing and comfortable stay. The flat is on the 3rd floor without elevator in quiet residential historical building.

Užite si váš pobyt v našom novom, kompletne zariadenom 2-izbovom byte s balkónom s príjemným výhľadom. Parkovacie miesto je v cene prenájmu. Byt sa nachádza iba 10 min. pešo od letiska a 5 min. od bus zastávky. Potraviny sú 2 min pešo. Byt disponuje obývacou izbou s rozkladacou sedačkou a spálňou s manželskou posteľou, je vhodný pre max. 4 osoby. Balkón s výhľadom na mesto je perfektným miestom pre rannú kávu alebo večerný pohár vína. V blízkosti je nákupné centrum Avion, diaľnica 2min

Apartment is located only 6 minutes from Ondrej Nepela Hockey arena in quiet part of Bratislava with perfect connection to the city center (only 15 minutes by public transport). The 3 storage building in which the flat is located has a lot of parking lots available during all day. If you need to work, the apartment also offers a newly equipped workspace and unlimited high speed internet connection.
