After traveling the world and staying in the best locations ourselves, we decided to pay it forward by providing an elegant but cozy accommodation that covers everything a true traveler needs. That's why we made sure our location is located in the Old Town, just a few minutes walk to the pedestrian area of the old center where you can find all the best bars and restaurants. Most importantly, we saved a free parking spot just in front of the apartment so your holiday can be totally worry-free.

Jules Studio Downtown

A cosy and quiet studio, located in the Brasov Old Town district, a 4-minute walk from Council Square, 549 m from Strada Sforii and 3.4 km from Paradisul Acvatic. The property is 4.7 km from Braşov Adventure Park and a 7-minute walk from Brasov Synagogue. Popular points of interest near the apartment include the Council Square and the imposing Black Church, Republicii Street, Poarta Schei. You might want to climb the Tampa mountain for the superb view of the city with Tampa Cable Car.

Uită de grijile tale în această locuință spațioasă și liniștită. Brasovul va asteapta sa-l (re)descoperiti ! Unitate de cazare primenita,aranjata,dezinfectata si numai buna de petrecut timp de calitate .Dotata cu toate cele necesare,de la wi fi,tv-uri smart pana la masina de spalat vase,cafetiera,sandwich maker sau toaster ,nu aveti nevoie decat de putin timp liber pentru a va bucura de avantajele naturii. Nu sunt acceptate animale,iar fumatul este permis doar pe terasa.

Balcescu Residence in Old City Center Brasov

A very warm and welcoming apartment, located in the heart of the old historic city center of Brasov. It is located on street Nicolae Balcescu, 20m away from the bus station, across the street from a very good mini-market and a fresh fruit & vegetable store, near the artisanal bakery and farmacy. The Main Square and Black Church are in a 2 minutes walk, the same as Republicii street - the main pedestrian street full with nice restaurants, coffee shops, terraces.

Tiny studio with amazing view

Located at the border of the old city and the forest, our tiny studio offers easy access to the old city buzz but also to the peacefulness of the forest and wildlife surrounding the house. The studio is located in a historic mansion build by A Saxon family at the beginning of the 20th century. Keeping original elements of the house, like the fireplace and not only, our studio is also equipped with everything needed to make your stay easy and pleasant.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. By booking this space You are becoming part of a bigger project - full restoration of the house which began Decemer 2010. Our apartment is situated on the main pedestrian street (Republicii), right in the heart of the Old Town Square. All main attractions are within walking distance: Black Church (3 min), Strada Sforii (5 min) and the Black and White Towers. Located on the first floor of a 19th-century old merchant building, the apartment provides a comfortable blend between the old town character and comfortable and central accommodation.

The house has a large bedroom with king size bed - with French windows, a small bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom, kitchenette, dining area and entrance area. Total 42 mp. TV in every bedroom, A/C, electric oven, complete equipment etc. Green space 250 m2, terrace and barbecue - private. Suitable for Up to 4 people. Free parking. Free Wi-Fi. Tourist Guidance services are possible both in town and country with my car.

Newly refurbished. Located on the Postavarului pedestrian street, two minutes walk from the black church. Queen size bed, workspace (wifi and/or ethernet) The room size is 17 square meters. Pros: Prime location. Decent size balcony with a tiny Tampa mountain view.
