Welcome to your home away from home. Warm, spacious, and inviting is all you need to retreat. Chateau Elan Golf Course is a must: three state of the art course offering 45 holes of challenging play perfect for tournaments and other golf gatherings. Publix, North East Medical Hospital and much more nearby. Approximately 45 minutes from Atlanta and .5 miles from highway 85. Hartfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, 1hr away (57miles). University of North Georgia is 9.2 miles.

Basement with independent entry for morning people

Connect with nature, only 3 mins away of Lanier lake beach 40 mins away of the city. The living room has a theater screen that our guests love. The hill to get down to the entrance is a bit steep. Check-in at 3 pm & check-out at 11 am. This is a family home, we work from home and take care of our toddler and dog during the day. Expect noise from 6 am to 8 am when we get our son ready for school. NO SHOES. NO GUESTS. NO SMOKING IN ANY AREA OF THE HOUSE, INCLUDING PATIO.

Not an entire house, but a self sufficient bedroom with frig, coffee maker and all amenities.Pet fee $10 but no cats due to severe cat allergy. No pets left unattended .

This detached area for living is a slice of the country living, close to Road Atlanta (9 miles) and the Chateau Elan (6.5miles), Braselton, GA. North Georgia Medical Center Borrow County (4.5 miles). This is a very peaceful living area that was built for my wife’s parents we brought from Puerto Rico after the hurricane wiped out everything.
