MacLeod Cove is a 3-bedroom cottage on the Bras d'Or, Cape Breton's beautiful inland sea. Enjoy ocean views and private cove, within 25 minutes drive of Baddeck, North Sydney (Newfoundland ferry terminal), and the Cabot Trail. Smoking and fires of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the property. The cottage is very private, surrounded by forest and sea. It typically has good cell phone coverage and we have wifi. Raspberry Cottage has a 17th century Scandinavian log style with a newly renovated interior, library, free berry and orchard picking, and a hiking path on 150 acres. Proximity to puffin tours, fishing, golf, the Cabot Trail, the Nfld ferry, cultural experiences, and on the way to PEI. Wifi, tv, coffee beans, tea, charcoal and propane grills, and logs for an outdoor fire circle are included. 4 star rated by Canada Select. Excellent location close to amenities and festivals. Great place to get away from it all ..peaceful. The private beach is a hidden gem.
