You’ll love my place because of spacious and well equipped accommodation, relaxed "home away from home" comfortable ambiance, lovely cottage garden, good value for money, heating, air conditioning, wood fire, full laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer, large lock up garage excellent for mountain bikes, child and pet friendly accommodation. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

This is a Classic Derby weatherboard home, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. It is comfortable & designed to be a home away from home, fully equipped with everything you would expect to find in your own home and more. With secure bike storage as part of the cabin and a spacious deck for after ride beers... you'll never want to leave! 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & 2 toilets with spacious living for everyone. The second bedroom can be made up as a king or two singles. Beautiful views over the valley where you can really switch off with a wine by the fire or out on the balcony. Both cabins can be rented out for bigger groups

The Cure at Derby is an accommodation offering in Derby designed specifically for the MTB market. The property caters for everything you need when hitting the world famous Blue Derby trails. Formerly the towns Doctors surgery and residence the property is divided into two parts. “The Surgery” a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat that sleeps six. “The Doctors residence” a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious house with large deck bar sleep ten people. Trail View house, Blue Derby views near bike trail

Trail View is our special spot in Derby. Historically steeped in the mining past, our bedrooms look out of lead light sunray's to the moss laden forest below as does the deep bath with unlimited hot water for bathing and showers. A relaxing , tranquil and private home with everything we need to revive the senses after an adventurous day on the trails. The wood burning heaters and fire pit circle provides us a cosy area to gather where stories are told and memories made.

Studio 3

A self-contained studio apartment which has just been fully renovated. Located close to the CBD, the studio is suitable for couples or single travellers, and is ideal accommodation whether visiting for business or leisure. It’s a great base from which to explore Launceston and it’s surrounds. The studio has a compact, well equipped kitchen. Stylish Scandinavian furniture provides comfort when it’s time to relax. Milk, bread and jam provided for breakfast.

Roxannes at Derby - Set on 3 acres.

Known to the locals as the bottle house, the original old cottage has plenty of character with bottles cemented into the wall around the fire place and a wagon wheel set into a stone wall. A recently completed extension has added 2 Large Bedrooms with views of the lavish hills, the property faces north catching the sun. Set on 3 acres gives it a real country living feeling while only 7 mins walk to the Dorset Hotel and 5 min ride to the Trail Head.
