Formerly the towns Doctors surgery and residence this booking option gives you exclusive use of the property and access to both the surgery flat of two bedrooms both with ensuite, as well as the three bedroom, two bathroom residence. Our newly-renovated cottage is located half way between Derby and Weldborough, about a ten minute drive to both destinations. The property is peaceful and quiet , surrounded by hilly pastures and direct access to a fully fenced native forest with a few MTB trails for a short ride (Kersbrook Stash) and other areas for walks.
