Access to my place will be through the alley , which is a wide and clean alley. Children and pets welcome. With a chance to view our beloved pet sulcata tortoise “Stanley” whose burrow is right behind this unit, he is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world

We are situated in a safe setting with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It is close to The Carlsbad Beach and recreation center, as well as grocery store. You do share the backyard with La Fuente (front house) which would be perfect if you have a large gathering and decide to rent out both, you can just retire to your own quiet little space.
