Centrally located , with a DollarGeneral , Allsups and a burger joint within walking distance, safe-neighborhood, gated property. Covered parking on premises. Access to my place will be through the alley , which is a wide and clean alley. Children and pets welcome. With a chance to view our beloved pet sulcata tortoise “Stanley” whose burrow is right behind this unit, he is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world

Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

If heading to The Carlsbad Caverns we are the closest in that direction 28 miles GNP 38 miles.This is a great stay for family, hikers, cavers,explorers.Within a mile of shopping centers and a Super Walmart, Dollar general,Chili’s, Subway, IHOP, and other local eateries nearby. Lots of Parking and Coffee❤️

This conveniently located home is in the center of town, within minutes of downtown, food, entertainment and shopping. Less than a mile to the Water Park, Pecos River recreation area and many parks including Friendship Park and Playground on the Pecos. The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is a 6-minute drive. Carlsbad Caverns National Park is only 28 miles away. Sitting Bull Falls in about an hour’s drive and so is McKittrick Canyon and Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Come play in our town!

Kitchen has all you need to cook, without breaking the budget. Perfectly placed In the middle of town, within walking distance of 3 coffee shops . Great for visiting Carlsbad Caverns . Close to several local selections of dining. Fast Wifi, clean private bathroom, So Comfortable it feels like home. Private alleyway entrance, private patio.

Carlsbad Cozy Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The casita is a separate house. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.

Riverside Home #2

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

It’s located in the center of towns witch makes accessing everything convenient. Including Lake Carlsbad which is a 5 min drive.

This unique place has a style all its own. Today's Día de los Muertos celebrations are a mash-up of pre-Hispanic religious rites and Christian feasts. This old Church building is the perfect setting to rest your head while you enjoy all Carlsbad has to offer. This charming apartment has a lovely bathroom as well as access to a great courtyard with grill and fire pit.
