There is a 3 season porch to enjoy the nights or early morning listening to birds or watching for deer. Also available for larger groups is the lower level with 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. NO ONE ELSE OCCUPIES THE HOUSE DURING YOUR STAY

Hi speed internet & desk & smart TV. Keurig coffee maker. Fire up the grill & relax on the deck surrounded by bistro lights in the evening.

Our charming 2 bedroom house is the perfect place for your trip to Sioux Falls! The house has an attached garage and tiled walk-in shower. During your stay you can also enjoy a full kitchen and a patio for outdoor fun. Our Airbnb is within walking distance to Sanford Medical Center, both colleges, as well as the Midco Aquatic Center. If night life is your thing, Downtown Sioux Falls and the Denny Sanford Premier Center are both within 3 miles from the front door! The ideal place for any guest!

Welcome to our quiet, country home situated only 2 miles east of the Sioux Falls city limit and just south of State Highway 42, along the Big Sioux River. It is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Sioux Falls. We are minutes away from Willow Run Golf Course, Grand Falls Casino and the Riverview Barn. You’ll love our place because of the quiet, comfortable location and the views of the countryside. Our upstairs Carriage House is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Guests enjoy a SUNRISE each morning from all 5 bedrooms, the 30’x40’ common area Great Room/Kitchen, lower level British pub & parlor, 14’x40’ patio, 12’x40’ deck, covered deck, enclosed porch, & the 12’x16’ back deck. Private Home for your rest and leisure!

My place is close to the airport and right off of interstate I-90.. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, and the family friendly neighborhood.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids),I live in the country so my WIFI is a MIFI JET PACK .. so it’s not perfect so if you need to work or depend on wifi it may not be a good fit unless you have unlimited WIFI . and as of 2022 i am no longer allowing pets.

Home away from home

Newer house in a nice residential neighborhood. Close to skiing and car race track NO CLEANING FEES Space available for Airbnb rental is the main part of the house. Owner has a separate apartment in the basement with a separate entrance. There is a lock on both sides of the door going to the basement at the bottom of the stairs. I will always try to be respectful of your privacy. If you do need anything let me know and I will make myself available.
