Oak Ridge Hideaway apartment

Private pet-friendly apartment with separate entrance using a keypad. Thermostat for Heating and Air Conditioning is in the AirBnB unit. Sleeps six (1 queen bed, 1 full sized bed, twin sized murphy bed, & twin sized daybed). Located on a golf course 2 minutes off I-90 in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. No extra fees for pets or cleaning & all we ask for check-out is to text when you leave and lock the door. Above ground pool available during summer months of June July & August.

There is a 3 season porch to enjoy the nights or early morning listening to birds or watching for deer. Also available for larger groups is the lower level with 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. NO ONE ELSE OCCUPIES THE HOUSE DURING YOUR STAY

Guests enjoy a SUNRISE each morning from all 5 bedrooms, the 30’x40’ common area Great Room/Kitchen, lower level British pub & parlor, 14’x40’ patio, 12’x40’ deck, covered deck, enclosed porch, & the 12’x16’ back deck. Newer house in a nice residential neighborhood. Easy access to I 229. Close to skiing and car race track NO CLEANING FEES Space available for Airbnb rental is the main part of the house. Owner has a separate apartment in the basement with a separate entrance. There is a lock on both sides of the door going to the basement at the bottom of the stairs. I will always try to be respectful of your privacy. If you do need anything let me know and I will make myself available.
