Welcome to our charming Remise in one of Berlin's most beautiful neighborhood! We have lovingly renovated this unique historic building and furnished it to the highest standards. Travelers to Berlin, artists will love the excellent acoustics, audio equipment (Nord Stage, Genelec, ...), and the awesome grand piano. This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

The Wildflower - Charming & Artsy (1902)

I live in an altbau Apartment with Charme in cental Pankow. The house is from 1900. The Apartment has super heigh ceiling and is on the 4 th floor (no elevator). When entering the apartment you will find the kitchen and bathroom on the left. Then you go to the living room. The bedroom is the biggest room in the apartment and right behind the living room. Both rooms will give you access to the balcony. There is a desk / dining table to work from and the kitchen has a small bar to enjoy dinner.

The sleeping area with a large double bed is can be separated from the work and living area by a curtain. The bathroom and living room offer a view of the quiet and green inner courtyard. Walk-in shower, underfloor heating, TV and projector with extendable screen complete the picture. Parking is free on the street. Garage parking space on request. All windows have shades or blinds.

Ein wundervolles Haus am See mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, einen Weber-Gasgrill und vielen Plätzen, die nach guten Büchern und netten Gesprächen rufen. Ob im Wohnzimmer vor dem Ofen, auf dem Windowseat vorm Panoramafenster im ersten Stock oder im Liegestuhl auf der Dachterasse: überall glitzert der See durch die Bäume. Die Badestelle liegt vor der Tür, der Wald auch. Es gibt zwei Schreibtische für Workation im Grünen. Platz für bis zu 6, mit mind. 2 Kindern für bis zu 8 Personen.

Havel Blick mit Yachthafen und zum Wohlfühlen

Havel pur und unverfälscht zum wohlfühlen und entspannen. Absolute Top-Lage mit privatem Zugang zum Yachthafen Scheunhornweg (siehe Internet-Portal). Potsdam mit allen Attraktionen, wie Sanssouci und vielen anderen Schlössern und Parkanlagen ist nur 10 km entfernt und kann über den Havel-Radweg oder mit ÖVP schnell erreicht werden, insofern man auf den PKW verzichten möchte. In unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 10 km) befindet sich der „Märkische Golfclub Potsdam“ und ein Reiterhof.

Wohnen am Theaterpark

Die Ferienwohnung (ca. 48 qm) befindet sich im Hochparterre mit sechs Treppenstufen bis zum separaten Eingang der Wohnung. Sie liegt am nordöstlichen Rand des Theaterparks, unmittelbar im Zentrum der Stadt. Aus allen Zimmern blickst Du auf den vor unserem Grundstück liegenden Theaterpark. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz (Grundstück ist vollständig umzäunt) befindet sich direkt an der Unterkunft.

The Special Place

Hoch oben im gelben Eckhaus am Park: Viele Quadratmeter und die Möglichkeit, bis zu 12 Gäste unterzubringen, erlauben es, von hier aus mit der ganzen Familie und mit Freunden Berlin zu erobern und zu Feiern! Ein Mal-Atelier im Dachgestühl, selbst errichtet. Wir sind Künstlerin und Designer und haben einen Malsaal, ein Schlafzimmer, eine grosse Wohnküche, ein Wellness-Bad und ein Gäste- und Spielzimmer passgenau eingebaut. Das ist Eure Unterkunft!
