Great front and backyard, along with lake access and a great beachfront area for swimming for all ages. You will gain access to the main floor, upstairs, garage and front driveway. You may see the host using their boat, as the lake is the best feature! Walk out back to the golf course and Oscar Browns Tavern. Augers are provided to tie your boat up by our dock. Firewood on site

Bring your own boat to explore the seven all-sports lakes in Coldwater's north chain or use one of our kayaks/canoes to explore. Enjoy the large, shared yard, 2 beaches, dock to fish, or relax around the fire pit watching the sunset.

Relax with the whole family at our charming cottage. We are located on a private road with a wide-open view of Coldwater Lake, just walk down the stairway and you are there. You may dock your boat at our dock, or there are marinas on the lake who rent boats. Coldwater is the largest lake of 6 on the 17-mile chain of lakes. You can boat, walk, bike, or drive to restaurants and ice cream. Pet fee $150 per dog, by approval.
