This quiet, yet friendly neighborhood is on a dead-end drive. It is a warm, inviting place to relax and play. Completely renovated waterfront home on beautiful Coldwater Lake. The entire home is yours! Enjoy a beautiful patio that overlooks the lake with furniture for lounging and sunbathing. We offer a stand-up paddle board (SUP) and two kayaks. Four seasons of fun, including fishing, water sports, golf, Michigan International Speedway, U. of M., and Notre Dame football, within a 90-minute drive. Pokagon State Park and Swiss Valley Resort are also close.

Lake Front Cottage on Iyopawa Island & Golf Course

This is a vacation property located on desirable Iyopawa Island, with Coldwater Lake on one side, and a regulation 9 hole golf course on the other. The house was recently refurbished. Fishing, Boating, Golfing, and Swimming, are literally right outside your door. We rent by the week for June through September starting on Sat. and Daily with a two day minimum the rest of the year. We are 5 miles North of the I-69, I-80 Interchange.
