Maison du Lac - house on lake, close to town

Maison du Lac sits on the edge of a picturesque lake in the heart of Margaret River. Located on the edge of the forest just 400m from the centre of town. This brand new split level 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home complete with cosy wood fire is an amazing stay. The gated strata is quiet, secure and peaceful with direct access to rails to trails. The views over the water to the forest backdrop are exceptional. A peaceful country feel yet close to all the restaurants, cafes and entertainment of town.

Located one street back from Margaret River township, 500 metres to the river, and nearby walking and bike trails. Air rconditioners/heaters in bedrooms and living space, and free WiFi. 2 spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and own adjoining bathrooms. Strictly no schoolies, parties or pets. Only the registered number of guests may stay at the property. Any additional guests must pay an additional fee of $45 per person, per night. The property can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

Just off the iconic Caves Rd, only a 5 minute drive to Prevelly and less than 10 minutes to town, this property is an ideal location to connect with the landscape and explore the region.

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Kookies

Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street.
