Relax at our peaceful, well-equipped and comfortable Cottage. Cottage has outside dining table and chairs , fire pit , logs and log burning stove inside. We provide complimentary logs for both . Bike storage with charging. A short, safe walk into Aboyne. Aboyne Loch, old Railway line and Aboyne Golf Course are across the road, which makes for an active or totally relaxed holiday. "This 1 bed cottage is situated in the heart of the beautiful Ballater, Royal Deeside. It has just been newly renovated making it a bit of luxury for you to relax and enjoy your stay. Seanchoille is a Beautiful Cottage right in the centre of Ballater. The perfect base to explore Royal Deeside. The recently renovated Cottage boasts a wood burning fire in the open plan family room which opens up onto the patio via French Doors. It also enjoys a separate living room with dining area and drinks table. Settle into the evening with a cosy fire, we provide a basket of logs to get you going on your first night but you way wish to bring more for the remainder of your stay.

There is a spacious super kingsize (or twin) bedroom, spectacular living space, modern kitchen & shower room, private entrance, parking & outside seating area. Hayfield Cottage

Hayfield Cottage is a category C listed cottage built in approx. 1850, and fully renovated between 2015 and 2017. It is located on Auchendryne Square in Braemar, a few hundred yards from The Princess Royal and Duke of Fife Memorial Park where the annual Braemar Gathering takes place. Hayfield Cottage is fully insulated and centrally heated. The two wood burning stoves aren't needed to keep the house warm and cosy, but they can be a welcome addition in the winter.

Thornbank Cottage - snug & simple, kids & pets OK

Thornbank is a snug and simple timber built holiday cottage in the heart of the village of Braemar.  Paragliding, mountain biking, skiing, walking or perhaps a relaxing holiday at one with nature?  Here you can indulge in all the activities that the Upper Dee Valley and Cairngorms National Park have to offer, then return to a cosy hearth and home. We are located in the centre of the village, but set back behind the road in a quiet spot with woods to the rear.

Grampian Cottage

Grampian Cottage is a traditional Victorian cottage that has been extended to create a spacious and comfortable holiday home for families or groups of friends. It has a large south facing enclosed garden with pine trees, a fire pit and a summer house. There is direct access onto the hillside and to the duck pond. It is less than ten minutes to walk to the centre of the village. The cottage has 2 wood burning stoves, oil fired central heating and an Aga.

Stylishly converted Bothy by River Earn

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.
