Hideaway Acre: private basement apartment

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country with all the conveniences of the city just 10 minutes away! This beautiful home is located on a full acre in a quiet country subdivision. Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Power house-basement with gym

Enjoy movies on a 65” screen with surround speakers. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven and pancake mix-breakfast at your leisure! Paper products provided as the only sink is in the bathroom. Workout in our shared gym 2 bedrooms-king and bunk (twin, full, trundle) and 1 bathroom Guest access: You will need to walk around back and down about 20 stairs. Things to note: The space is the basement of our home so you may hear us-fans and white noise provided. 2 vehicles only

Ogden Oasis

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Central to Ogden, town is approx. 5 min away, and resorts are within 30-45 minutes. Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this place has all you need for your travel stay; featuring a kitchenette, washer/dryer, bathroom, queen murphy bed, dining table, sitting area, work desk, WIFI, Cable, and free parking close to the private entry door. No cleaning fees! Also, guests have access to an outdoor enclosure for traveling pets who need a stretch.

Bear River Guesthouse

We invite you to enjoy quiet country living at its finest. Located right off of 1-15, our property is right next to the Bear River and adjacent to Bear River Bottoms Hunting Club. Nearby is Hansen Park (1 mile away), Crystal Hot Springs (8 miles away), or Golden Spike National Historic Park (32 miles away). We have a family friendly yard equipped with slide, swings, trampoline and pond stocked with fish/turtles. 1 bedroom, toy loft, and a large family room. Additional beds are available.

Farmhouse Retreat- Skiing/ long stays/ short stays

This suite is part of the new guesthouse portion of our home. Our charming home was originally built in 1936 (by a wonderful couple I was blessed to know) but has since undergone many additions and remodels. We are in love with it and the gorgeous mountains surrounding us. With hiking/mountain biking trailheads < 1 mile away, reservoirs, rivers, and ski resorts close by, there's plenty to get out and do, or just enjoy our farmhouse retreat on over an acre of grass, fruit trees, and gardens.

Spacious, 65” Samsung smart Tv, fast WIFI and direct plugin, N Wii, and ping pong. Treadmill, elliptical, washer/dryer. Located in the remuda golf course neighborhood. Under two miles from Willard bay south marina, Smith and Edwards original store, Hotsprings Raceway Utah, and a park with a playground, pickle ball courts, basketball and a beautiful fishing pond. Crystal Hot-springs is 26 miles to the north. This apartment tucked in a quiet neighborhood is a great location for your family.

Relax at this cozy all-season mountain cabin. Enjoy the hot tub, the 360-view, and stargazing in this designated Dark Sky Zone. Downtown Eden is only 8 minutes away. Winter: Three amazing ski resorts with the greatest snow on earth are less than 30 minutes away. Just up the road is the entrance to a snowmobile mecca. A cross-country ski and snowshoe park is 5 minutes away. Summer: Boating, paddle boarding, and swimming at two beautiful mountain lakes. Hiking, biking, and fishing galore.

Our spacious, newly finished basement apartment is a great option for families, friends or anyone looking for a home away from home. Enter through your own private, keyless entrance. Our apartment has an open concept dining, kitchen and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances. The cupboards are stocked with cooking/dining necessities. The living area provides ample room to gather for games, conversation or television viewing on the 65" SmartTV monitor.

Cozy Getaway

Pet Fee of $100 per night per animal, non refundable. With high speed fiber optic internet it is perfect for working online. Near many ski resorts, fishing lakes, rivers. Two blocks from Golden Spike Sports Arena and Fairgrounds. Close to Hill Air Force Base. Nice backyard with fire pit, fountain, wishing well, large acre lot with lots of trees and flower gardens. One mile from I-15, close to shopping and dining. Quiet neighborhood. Bright and spacious, newly furnished.

The whole main floor of the house. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a back patio. Near Weber State University, Hill AFB, Lagoon, and Snowbasin. Full kitchen with table and chairs. 4K TV's w/ Streaming services, PlayStation & Xbox. Washer & Dryer w/ detergent. Air mattress and play crib available. Free EV charging. The host lives in the basement apartment with a separate entrance that is separated by a bolt-locked door. There are no shared spaces aside from the driveway.

Julia Vintage Cottage at Victorian Woods

The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house. The fully furnished cottage has two queen-size beds, a comfortable living room, and a full kitchen. The home sits on a wooded lot frequented by deer, moose, great horned owls, hawks, and wild turkeys. Enjoy the yard, barbecue grill, fire pit, patio, and carport for parking.
