29 On Shepherd is a small original 1940’s , cosy cottage within easy walking distance to the centre of Bowral. The owner lives in the back 2 storey extension connected by a solid door with total privacy for both and is often away. Noise is not an issue! The two guest bedrooms have one king and 2 king single very comfortable beds, reverse cycle air conditioning, overhead fans, and wardrobe space. A full bathroom with bath, shower and toilet + powder room. Kitchenette, eating area and lounge.

Black Barn Cottages are part of the wing of the main house Waterfell. Two brand new cottages with private entrances are situated on 6 acres. Free parking onsite and 2 minutes drive from Moss Vale and 8 minutes from Bowral. A popular wedding destination and Strictly suited to couples only. Unfortunately no children allowed due to the comfort of other guests on the property. A peaceful location where we asks our guests to be mindful of other guests and keep noise at a minimum.

This cottage is nestled in a breathtaking 2.5 acre established garden. It is perfect for couples wanting to retreat from the world or it is close to Bowral and surrounding attractions including golf clubs and vineyards. The cottage is well appointed with all necessities, such as tea, coffee and toiletries. Large bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. Enjoy the serenity and truly picturesque backdrop of captivating rural vistas at this unique charming, private stand alone cottage that sits separately from the main farm house. It is only a short ten minute drive to Bowral or Mittagong. Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy the lush gardens that provides a quiet sanctuary in an incredibly tranquil location. Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!

This is a comfortable self-contained studio, formerly an actual artist's studio, underneath the main residence, with its own shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, a king single that doubles as a sofa, and a single trundle bed. It has a small dining table and four chairs. It now boasts a camping washing machine for light loads, and an airer, as well as a dehumidifier. I also added an air fryer!

Orchard Cottage & Gardens

Orchard Cottage, set in beautiful private gardens in a quiet and exclusive street just 2 mins drive to Moss Vale CBD. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.

The Shed @ Bowral

The Shed @ Bowral is a very comfortable and cosy industrial style studio with lovely garden views and a ‘cool’ private semi enclosed verandah area. Quiet and peaceful location close to the town centre and across the road from the Cherry Tree walking/bike path. The accomodation is an easy 15 minute walk to Bowral town centre and the train station.
