We call it our treehouse. 5 minute drive, 25 min walk (hill involved) from the ferry/Cove/restaurants. 10 min walk to Miller's Landing Beach, wonderful swimming, overlooking the North Shore Mountains. 10 min walk to Crippen Regional Park! Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

It's located on Bowen Island - a gorgeous island getaway a 20 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver. This is an otherwise owner-occupied home, set up to be accommodate visiting guests but owner will not be in the premises and guests will have access to the entire home.
